Mother Ocean is a celebration of vivid color, the gift of the Ocean, Land  & Sky. The painting envokes the power of sacred femininity and serves as a reminder that all life was birthed from Mother Ocean and continues to live by her gifts.
 
Painted with oils onto canvas, Jules was able to create the vivid colours through many layers of transparent pigment which was enriched with high gloss mediums and oils.
