Watercolour Seashells and mandalas - Emu Park Main Beach.
TEEN WORKSHOP (11-18)
*Possibility for second workshop to open once the first one is full
In this half day workshop our young artists will enjoy beachcombing through the treasure trove of one of our favourite local beaches, Emu Park Main Beach where they will be encouraged to take a closer look at the natural world around them.
While on the beach students will be guided through creating their own natural beach mandala with found objects that sing to their creative soul as we work though the concepts of pattern, repetition and balance.
The second part of the workshop will take place on the grass in front of the Emu Park Surf Club in a relaxed picnic setting. Students are encouraged to save their favourite shells and found objects to explore as we dive into the art of watercolour painting. 
This half day workshop will run for 4 hours.
Students will meet at the Emu Park Surf Club in front of The Honeybee Collective Cafe at 9am and will finish in the same location at 1pm.
