Yeppoon Seascapes with Caitlin Broderick

We are incredibly excited to announce that guest artist, renowned local painter and all round creative genius behind Paintings By Caitlyn will be guiding us through this months workshop! 
 
Now you can learn to paint your very own ocean inspired painting of our stunning local beaches and foreshore! Imagine having your own local seascape hanging on your wall of our beloved Yeppoon!

Imagine enjoying the company of new and old friends while learning new creative skills and expression, basking in the salty breeze and relaxing in a picnic style setting.  

This is local event created by locals for locals. Come and join the fun for gorgeous Sunday morning with a difference. Gather your tribe (or come alone to meet your new tribe) and get creative!
 
In this laidback and social workshop that is very beginner friendly participants will be taken step by step with lots of love and support through Caitlin’s unique painting style, you will be supported and guided every step of the way to ensure that that you will actually love what you create and want to hang in your home!! Caitlin will be on hand to help everyone as they need and encourage participants to just let go, get creative and have a good laugh. 

This is a workshop designed to be social and fun! There will be lots of time to enjoy the process as well as any morning tea that you are welcome to bring with you for the class. 
 
All painting supplies are provided.
 
Sunday morning September 26. Workshop starts at 10 sharp on the Yeppoon Forshore. We will notify participants of the exact place of meeting in the days leading up to the workshop as this will be dependent on weather and wind so keep an eye out for an email.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these carefully to ensure we are on the same page.

COVID- As a small business doing our best to remain sustainable, we are unable to offer refunds in most cases. If however, you are unable to attend class due to a directly Covid-related reason (e.g. the borders being closed, you are feeling unwell), we can offer a credit for you to attend at a later date if we are given at least 7 days notice. This is to ensure we have enough time to pass the ticket onto someone else.

+ If you can not make a class for whatever reason, unfortunately, we cannot refund or give credit due to the nature of these workshops. All purchases are final. However, we encourage you to send a friend along to take your spot!

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES

These policies are in place as a courtesy to our teachers and staff. We feel this is fair for them as our class sizes are limited, and by purchasing a ticket we:

Hold the spot for you
Pay the teacher for your spot, and time spent preparing materials
Purchase the materials required
Prepare morning/afternoon tea
For this reason if you forget to attend or have a prior commitment we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund, credit or transfer. In some cases we may be able to give you the materials and instructions to complete at home.

+ We have class minimums to meet, if we do not make them and need to cancel a class we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to attend a class at the same value within a 12 month period.

+ Please set a reminder and double-check workshop dates + times here through our website. Unfortunately, because we have held this spot for you and turned others away we can not issue credits or refund if you don't show.
